Firstly, it might be a good idea to edit your post to remove individual points costs, just include the total for the unit.

Secondly, the list has maybe a little more flavour than usefulness IMO, so I propose a few changes.

Your csm squads aren't doing much for you with no specials or heavies. Ditch the plasma pistol and IoT and get some plasma and melta in there. Auto las pred looks fine, and your hq is reasonable too. I love the decimator so that can stay, but I'd add in another dread for some target saturation. Termies look tough, but drop one for the points to get a dread. They might not get into cc as easily ad you might like but they're pretty durable.

All in a fun list that just needs a few tweaks.

Like Reanimaotr said, edit out the points costs. It violates GW's Int.Property and gets dakka sued.

Skip T Armor; that's many points for 2+ armor and a loss of :
grenades & Sweeping Advance that come with power armor. Tzeentch already gives him a 5++ Invuln, so you're paying a lot to make it 4++.

PlasmaPs are bad on expensive P-Fsted models.

Two troop choices at 1500 is too few. I'd trim a Heavy Support choice out for another troop unit.

Yes the Daemon Engine is not from the standard codex although there have been no shortage of rumors that there will be multiple forms of Daemon Engine in the Chaos Codex that is due out around late August/Early September
