I was hoping I can infiltrate my VV and Shrike next to something that does NOT want to be attacked or Plasma pistol'd.. Then the rest is basically MOVE + RUN + Assault..
Depending on what the other army is I might keep the Libby with some troops or I might bring him with the terminators

Well, IMO, you are bleeding points here. I would drop epistolary and give the Libby a Storm Shield. I would then change the Vanguard to Assault marines, save some points and give your Tactical sargs melta bombs and try to scare up some Rhinos for them too.

Your Termies give you enough PW attacks, you might want to infiltrate the termies with Shrike, take vanguard and shove them in a LRC, and add a chaplain to that squad and ditch the Libby.

Given your load out, you might want to look at a BA or a BT force and see how building a similar army from their books points out (and what other abilities you get). I'm a die hard UM player, but that doesn't mean its always the best 'dex for everyone.

The veteran vanguards give me 1 extra attack each and a ton of plasma/power.
The Libby does feel kind of forced, maybe I can run the chaplain.. Null zone is beast, but because this army is run run assault I do not think I will actually ever use smite ( so good point )

I used the Veteran vanguards in 1 game ( JUST 1 ), and totally wrecked my friends face ( he was playing Necrons so he never got to hit me back ) I had like 8 Power weapon attacks and 8 regular attacks..
It just felt sooo strong I wanted to make a list using them
It feels good to fleet with jump packs, I am wasting 50 points on jump packs though..

I could drop the VV and the Libby and get another LRC and terminators....
Or maybe drop the Libby and get Pedro Kantor

I know my squads should have rhinos. I usually run them behind the Land raiders for cover

get nxt months white dwarf and add in a storm talon for tank hunting

I do not get white dwarf as of right now..
Can you use its stuff in a tournament..
Although I usually play for fun me and my friends like playing tournament legal stuff..
Also is it just new stat lines for regular models or is it new models? Because I do not have 1 creative/artistic bone in my body and not able to make models
I am such a noob, I did not even know white dwarf had that kind of stuff in it
