I have never seen or heard of anyone running a Terminator list for CSM but I would like to give it a go. First of all, I know we don't have a HQ that give Terminators as Troops, but we can still fill out our Elite slots right? I put together an 1850 point list, using all my Elite slots to run 5 man Terminator squads. Tell what you think
Daemon Prince
Mark Of Nurgle
Winds Of Chaos
180 Points
5 Chaos Terminators
1 Chain Fist
1 Reaper Autocannon
Icon Of Nurgle
230 Points
5 Chaos Terminators
1 Chain Fist
1 Reaper Autocannon
Icon Of Nurgle
230 Points
5 Chaos Terminators
1 Chain Fist
1 Reaper Autocannon
Icon Of Nurgle
230 Points
9 Chaos Space Marines
2 Melta Guns
1 Aspiring Champion
1 Power Fist
1 Rhino
9 Chaos Space Marines
2 Melta Guns
1 Aspiring Champion
1 Power Fist
1 Rhino
Chaos Predator Tank
Twin-Linked Las Cannon
Las Cannon Side Sponsors
Dozer Blade
Daemonic Possession
2 Obliterators
2 Obliterators
Total Points: 1850
Is this list viable? I have been thinking of another one with two squads of 6 terminators and cult warriors but IDK you guys tell me.

Well, Chaos Terminators are not the best Termies in the game, even with MoN upgrade. The Termies are too slow unless you let them enter the game via deep strike.

Sure they can't have Lightning Claws or Thunder Hammer and Storm Shield for free, or for the later at all. But I normal Space Marine terminator is 40 points were as Chaos Terminators are 30, and we have tactical flexibility just as much as the other guy
And if by slow you mean can't sweeping advance, sure that's a down side but a sweeping advance doesn't matter if you wipe out the enemy. Note mention they can be +1 to initiative, attacks, toughness, or invulnerable. You can buy champions which have an extra attack base which they then cost the same as a loyalist Terminators or cheaper (referring to GK and Wolfe Guard).

I like the concept, and I like chaos termis a lot. I think you do not take dvantage of the choas side of the terminators though: they are cheaper, and have access to ass cheap combi bolters.
Futhermore, buying a mark for a 5 guys unit seems a waste.
On top of my head :
- make 2 units out of your guys (6+9 I'd say), or 6+6+3 (3 being the suicidal termicide with 3 combi meltas popping in the back of a tank)
- have one more assault oriented (LC, HF, maybe upgrade a guy or 2 to champ status. MoN or MoT for extra survivability)
- have one more general purpose (reaper AC, combi meltas) to DS in cover or a near a far objective.
- Give icons to your CSM to be able to DS everything you want where you want.
I used something similar with the following (bear in mind I knew I would face a deathstar):
- 2 berzerker units with icons
- 1 assault heavy termi unit (4 aspiring champ with DLC except one with LC + HF, MoT)
- 1 general purpose unit (3 guys with combi meltas)
I got the brzerker unit to tarpit the deathstar and I DSed the assault terminators ready to charge behind them. Next turm was a slaughter. I expected as much with nearly 50 points per assault termi. 4++ with DLC on aspiring champs is nasty (4attacks / guy, 5 on the charge).

Add IoCG onto those CSM squads for sure. I can't tell you how many times I've had these guys fall off the board, or get wiped in a sweeping advance all because I didn't have that re-roll. And like stated above it will let you pin piont your terminators so they can back up your squads if need be.
Drop the daemonic possesion from the Pred. Making it BS3 is not worth it. I'd also drop the TL Lascannon. It's way too many points. The side-sponsons are already expensive enough, but can really help when trying to take out transports.
I'm kinda tempted to tell you to completely drop the Pred and take another troop unit. Even just a small one of Plague Marines to sit on one objective. 2 Troop units in a 1850 game is a bit light.
