I like the list overall quite a bit.

One small observations...
2 twin-linked BL sets on the Waveserpents, plus singing spear, plus falcon pulse laser plus dragons is a huge amount of Anti-tank in a 1000pts IMHO. Some TL Starcannon or Scatterlaser goodness on one wave serpent might be able to help thinning out #'s for resulting charges from scorpions and banshees.
