I'm running mine at the moment with MoN, pair of lightning claws and a personal icon. He comes to 145 and is an absolute beast that is so hard to put down, what are you running yours with?

Frankly, I don't run a Lord since he can be instantly killed. But with Look-Out-Sir he might become a bit more durable.

MoN removes the ID problem mostly. Still then you have to somehow give him a 2+ save(terminator armor) and something to punch through 2+ saves(axe or powerfist)

MoN with demon weapon. Against Toughness 4 or lower you get rerolls, against toughness 5 and up you need 4s. I think its better than lightning claws. (poisoned, p. 40)

I notice chaos lords are fearless. What that means, is that if you join a chaos lord to chaos terminators, he now makes the terminators fearless as well in 6th edition.
