Mission is "The Emperor's Will" for a 750 points escalation tournament.

I am new to playing 40K and this will be my second game of 6th Edition. Is this a good list for the mission?

Any helpful C&C would be most appreciated.

Ton of points in your Overlord for 750---but he's a rock and fun to play. Not sure if you need the Phase Shifter--you could remove it and up your Immortal count.

Three Court Members = Either 1 of each joins an Immortal Squad or they hang out by themselves. Crypteks die 'very' quicky on their own, I wouldn't suggest it. I would either;

Drop a Night Scythe--add an Ark
Change your Court to two Crypteks; 1 Destruction 1 Stormtek then deploy;

Overlord on Barge
Immortals + Lancetek on Ark
Immortals + Stormtek on Nightscythe

That gives you more presence on the table at the start, two tough AV 13 vehicles---a lance shot--and your Immortals + Stormtek will pretty much wreck any vehicle on the table--which opens up on the unit inside to Tesla fire from the Scythe.

I'd drop the PS and go with SW on the Overlord. 2+ is much cheaper and more useful at this point count

I like at least one squad of Tesla on immortal with the two hit on 6 roll, its just deadly

I'd dump the royal court completely at 750 and go with an Annihilation Barge for anti-air support role.
