So, I finally got off my arse and started putting together my Hordes models. Now, I have a small Skorne force and so I thought I'd start easy and do the plastic-resin stuff. The Morghoul guy went together pretty easy and the Gladiator went together okay. So at first I was like...

So, I started to assemble the two Cyclops Savage models. Then I got to putting the arms on and I was like...

ARMS! SWORD! Y U NO FIT?

So I kept trying. Then I tried to assemble the other one. Then I tried swapping arms around. Then I tried swapping the swords. Then I tried searching the internets for pro tips. Then the model I was holding together fell apart, hit the floor, scattering bits everywhere and I was like...

I finally got everything together after several hours of effort and ZERO useful info from the interwebs and I was like...

And somewhere the guy who sculpted the Cyclops Savage was like...

And the people who don't play Skorne were all like...

And so now I am like...

The end.

Well, I hope you enjoyed reading this nice bedtime story as much as I enjoyed writing it. See you all laters.

how memtastic. If you think those are bad I'm told the plastic skorne battlegroup is a godsend compared to the metals. This is actually the first complaint I've heard about the plastics other than the mold lines.

Oh, I've got lots of metal Skorne to get to yet. But, yea, not having to pin the beasts is definately a plus.

I built my metal cyclops. Make sure you have the correct arms. One of mine had the wrong set for the falchion. They also go on very weird so don't try to correct the model to look right, they look double jointed.

I felt like this when I was trying to assemble my behemoth and karchev the terrible sculpts. The previous owner broke some parts of them, specifically the arms. I tried pinning, JB welding, gorilla gluing. Nothing worked.

Eventually I brought them to work and laser welded them together. Best "adhesive" around.

Mine came with 1 wrong arm... I actually chopped the arm in half and green stuffed it to work lol.

Tip: PINNING and/or GREEN STUFF is a must for all metal models in warmahordes...

The Cyclops Savage is voted one of the WORST models of all time to assemble... once they're done you won't ever need to do it again (as 2 savages is way more than you'll need)
