I took plastic legs and put them back on the ankles, added a metal big shoota torso and head then made a chain of amo comming from the pack into the bigshoota. Took me awhile to get it all done but let me know what ya think!

The positioning of this fig is excellent! Add some spent casings on the ground to really hammer it home!

thanks guys! Im waiting to get the boyz all painted (30 boys plus 20ish shoota boyz) and then Ima get the bases done! Ill keep pics comming as I go! Thanks for the positive feedback!

cool i like it bad the base is a little messed up, i hop eyou can fix it... and i would like to see a darker ork means its stronger and it should be... firering a much larger canon than the rest...

Your conversions are genuine, but you just need to work on the painting a little more.
One thing you could do is not do extremely solid coats without any shades/highlights.
Try drybrushing the skin and giving the teeth/nails a brown then brown/white then white coat. So its progressively whiter near the top and more plaqey near the bottom.

If at first you don't succeed, you fail.

if your using citidol paint you can use skorched brown, bestial brown and bleached bone, works great
