The painting looks good...from a 90 degree angle. I'll be honest, your pics need to be oriented correctly. It's extremely important, and most people will go back the instant they see a slew of pics at a perpendicular angle to normal.

Also, flash is bad in general.

All this being said, it looks like you've done a decent job here, with fully painted and based models, which I like to see.
