Would it be possible for a Dark Eldar to forswear the soul-eating tendencies of their kin and choose to walk a disciplined, ascetic path like an Eldar?

More likely to become a Harlequin. The Eldar-path is difficult for a Dark Eldar to accept. And the only ones that can probably master it well would be the Incubi, and they have slain great Eldar warriors to get thus far, which of course is a great afront.

If you have nothing nice to say then say frakking nothing.

Well, there is documented "proof" that one member of that society did - at least inasmuch as he now walks the path of the warrior - whereas before he was an incubi. He does not speak, though. Perhaps his accent would give away his "secret" (his exarch knows the secret but few others do).

The Harlequins recruit from ALL of their Eldar brethren - the craftworlders, the decadent kin, the exodites equally, though.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

I'd say it's possible that one would be inclined.

And then he'd soon be killed.

I see no reason why not.

They are member of the same race after all, just different factions with different lifestyles.

If one truely wishes to turn from one side to another, it should be possible, as long he can actually fit in the group he wishes to join.

can neither confirm nor deny I lost track of what I've got right now.
