I was playing around in army builder and I noticed that one of my units of MegaNobz could be "Changed to a troop choice" for no extra points. It said you can do this once per warboss. I scoured the 6th edition rule book and the ork codex and could not find anything that specifically states this could happen anywhere. There are several areas that suggest that some warbosses allow certain changes, but the group I play with will want to see literal proof for them to allow it (Army Builder isnt always 100% correct on everything).

When you look at the force organization chart you have to have at least one HQ and two troops. The next block says 2 HQ's / 4 troops / 3 elites for optional. Nothing specifically stating an elite unit can be converted.

Perhaps I missed something in my readings or am misinterpreting/overlooking a rule. Can anyone give me a hand with understanding this?
