Hello all. I decided to use parts leftover from my Deathwing Knights box to turn some Dark Vengeance models into a Deathwing Command Squad. Let me know what you think. The other two are just bolster guys. One has the banner glued onto his back.

Somehow... The plasma cannon suits that pose better than the AssCan. And the Halberd really works well on the Sgt, his pose really suits it.

Maybe it was intended... can we expect than from GW?

They look great. How much work did they require? Did the pieces fit together without much cutting?

I used the GW hobby saw to cut off arms and then pretty much just glued the new arms in place. The conversions were remarkably easy. Making those three took maybe 30 min tops.

I did have to use a thin piece of plastic to bulk out the termies body a little for the halberd guy as there was a small gap. That was probably just me sawing a little too close though.

The pose really does look better than with the sword and bolter sarge version.

That looks great. I'm so stealing this idea. I might have a few extra DV termies, too.

Great work on the conversions! I would have never know you hacked off and replaced bits. Can we got some different views on the apothecary?
