So I get to tell my tale here I suppose. I am a long time hex and counter gamer in my 40's. I play 40k necrons and warhammer skaven. Mainly got into playing to play with my two boys age 24 and 26 a side benefit is my wife a non gamer has gotten into playing. The painting attracted her! she has a huge space marine force, Chaos marines and is now considering getting into fantasy. I guess you could say we are the family that games together:} I joined this forum a while back and am returning hope to get more out of it we shall see. I like narrative games not to much into the tournament seen.
I live in Northern California and play at great escape games in Sacramento. I am considering doing a vampire count army now anyway thats about it for now.

There seems to be a thriving community between the northern California bay area and Sacramento. I was hoping to go to the bay area open but alas not to be maybe in 2014. When does end games host events? I may take the drive about 90 minutes if the day works out.
