I like your list but by my count it only comes to 1485 points, I do not have my book on me so I can not be sure.
If so you could cut the plasma guns of the bikes and replace them with meltaguns, this give you more anti tank and makes your suicide units cheaper.
With those points you could add a apothecary to the command squad and another THSS to the 10 man deathwing unit.

I like your ideas, but I'm working with what I got. I did order a couple blisters of SM meltaguns from GW, but they have not arrived yet, but yeah, normally I would go melta on the suicide bike units. Also, the apothecary on the CS idea is kinda overkill; its a small squad to begin with that's already pretty tough with those two SS's (three if the situation calls for Belial to attach to them). Those points I feel would be better spent elsewhere...

If you are going heavy TH/SS on the 10 man DW squad, I would switch to CMLs. With a huge unit like that, there's a chance your opponent might just avoid it. With 48" of firepower, which can pick different targets, you at least can do something with it each turn if you're camping on an objective.

Alternatively you can cut down on the TH/SSs and add more SBs, you have a 24" bubble of shootiness with those AssCans.

I agree on tossing in a couple meltaguns, have to disagree very strongly on the apothecary. 30 points paid to lose your powerfist? no thanks.
The only way that I could see using the apothecary was if you were basing a bolter army around this squad with the Standard of Devestation (but then you might as well use a PA command squad and a LR Crusader).

Well, I playtested it before the tourney and got stomped by a SW drop pod army. I don't really blame the list as much as my inexperience as a marine player. Need some practice. And, well, looking at the list in play, I kinda did put all my eggs in one basket with that 10-man DW squad. After taking out two Grey Hunter squads, I was reduced to just two guys (I did have some bad rolls). Also, learned that TH/SS spam is kinda obsolete, and I may trim a few out of the list just to allow for more shooting.

Split the 10 man squad in half, it will give you more deep-striking options. Also at 1500pts the DW command squad is a bit of a waste, I would keep it as a regular DW squad for more scoring units.
