I've been working on a Space Marine list for some time now that I just can't get finished.  I like mobile shooty armies but I know I need some counter assault thrown in there.  Below is my 1850 list.  Right now I'm using the trait that lets you take assault marines as a FA choice so I can get a third speeder in but I wouldn't mind using a different trait.  I know the Razorbacks aren't the best but I kind of like an all or nothing escalation list.  Thanks in advance for feedback.

 

HQ 135

Chaplain with Terminator Honors, Jump Pack, Plasma Pistol (135)

 

Troops 615

6 Marines with Lascannon/Plasma Gun (115)

Razorback with Twin-Linked Lascannon (90) = 205 x 3 = 615

 

Elite 530

10 Assault Marines with Furious Charge 250, 2 Plasma Pistols 10, Vet. w/Fist 30 (290)

5 Terminators 200, 2 Assault Cannons 40 (240)

 

Heavy 330

Predator Destructor with Heavy Bolter Sponsons 110 x 3 = 330

 

Fast 240

3 separate Land Speeders with Heavy Bolter/Assault Cannon

-drop the plas pistol from the chap
-i would reduce the squad size on the assault to 8, 10 isn't needed and will make them targeted much quicker
-with the points(65)i would get extra armor for all razorbacks and preds
-give pintle storm bolters to all pred's(the extra two shots and another weapon for destroyed results helps dealing with infantry)
-and then give a teleport homer to the assault squad to give them some backup from the terms and reliable ds
-would still have 5 points to spare for bolt pistol on chap and maybe auspex on term serg(to make infiltrators worry if you set up)
-still overall very good list
