Hello Interwebs,

I'm just starting up W40K again after taking a pretty big break. I'm also a huge fan of Skyrim, more specifically the Dark Brotherhood faction. I was wondering if any of y'all could reccoment certain units/armies for me to use? I'm aware the Dark Elder would suffice quite nicely, but I'm not so sure.

Regards,

-Airless.

Er. Grey Knights with Inquisitor and henchmen that are all death cult assassins?

Interesting idea. I used to play Grey Knights myself, So I'll think about it

I think as far as assassins go. dark brotherhood is perfect.

but the problem with dark eldar is that they don't always kill for money. dark eldar kill and torture because they love it so, and in fact they need to do it to survive.

well, i guess you could look at it like the dark brotherhood has been around for yeeaaaaaaaars and in this time they have grown to need the kill to survive.

I could also see a space marine army as the dark brotherhood. these are the guys that will, for the right price, come in and annihilate whatever you want. kind of like the fleshtearers

You could represent them with Eldar corsairs that may use Dark Eldar bits if you like the aesthetic.

I think this could work. I Mean, it's not an army that has a codex, but here are some ideas as to how to convert the dark brotherhood lore to 40k lore. Officio Assassinorum

It looks like there may have been minis for this at one time. Probably expensive now though.

Yeah, an Assassin list using the Grey Knights codex would work.

Take Coteaz, Death Cult Assassins, and maybe some Elites choice Assassin units.
