Luna: The hills I use for background are from war-zone (i.e. I bought them online). I should
probably make my own to replace them, but yes, they are comfy to the touch.

Lol, that 'troops embarked' icon is hilarious. It totally suits the chaotic style of Orks. It reminds me of the keystone cops.

I built them up over time. So I have like 30 Shootas, and from each kit I stole a torso
here, a torso there, a pair of legs, etc.

Anyway, here's the expensive Trollblood cavalry.

The start of a batch of Cryx. Bane Thralls and Epic Goreshade, wooo...

Dark Elf Dark Riders. They're kind of expensive to make, but I used the leftover parts
to make other models, and since I have tri-Elf armies (Wood, High, Dark) this wasn't
such a bad thing.

Glade Guard horses (the Wild Rider ones have a metallic helmet with horns coming out
of them), Dark Elf Warrior Torsos and RXB, some Warrior heads, and some Wood Elf
heads.

You sir are mental (in a good way). The amount of miniatures you are knocking out is astounding. I only wish I could paint as quick as you without getting paint in all the worng places.

Infinity minis and Black (Red) Templars I started working on concurrently with the
other things that you saw with red paint in it.

I paint a lot of red.

hi, long time since I looked in this thread.

A lot of minis painted again, so congrats. Only thing I saw that I thought was weird are the gun of saxon orric, which was bend, and the arcuarai holding a bent spear. Could be me though... I miss moldlines every so often. Hate cleaning those up. It is possible you missed the bend and decided against fixing it...


Other then that and the gloss finish on the models (Made that comment a lot of pages ago ) I really like most of your work. It is a good tabletopstandard IMHO...

Anyway, here are some Guardians. Maybe I can get Tacobake to buy more of those.

I really should have been working on my Dire Avengers instead. I think I've painted
enough Guardians to last a lifetime, but I wanted to paint something familiar and
see whether or not I liked the results before I tried a new kit like the DAs.

Two things:

The commas are for separate tags (I think) or descriptors. So it's the game Hordes,
he's a minion, and his name is Saxon Orrik.

2. I haven't checked his scale up against 40k minis. Remember that Privateer Press
scales them larger, but there are models that will work with GW. There are models
that won't, however.
