As the title says I recently placed a big order of bolt-action stuff through the supply drop sit ( http://www.supplydropzone.co.uk/) after nearly 2 weeks without contact I messaged them through thier contact form on the website twice but have as yet recieved no response. Any one have any recent experiences with them, or shed any light on them?
Update: 27/03/13 Went through paypal for refund had to wait for the supply drop to reply to paypal (after intial lack of response forced me to raise the dispute to a claim) after 10 days and no response or contact to either me or paypal I was refunded my money by paypal. The website is still live and you can still order but nobody is home.

I placed a large order for one of each of the new Arkham City models back in November (end of November). I know some of the minis were pre-orders and they have been waiting for shipments to arrive so I have cut them a break. They seem like a nice hobby shop with good people from what I can tell.
However... I have not seen or heard anything about my very large expensive order except that it is "in progress" awaiting shipping. They have responded to me after I sent several messages to them to inform me my order is still in progress, awaiting shipment of the second model range.
I just hope I get them soon and don't have to wait another 3+ months, I have almost lost interest in the game due to the wait. Any longer and I'll start to think they tok my money and ran!

Quick Update I've tried to contact them through various methods and had no response the final straw came when the email given by paypal as thier contact got a delivery failure response. I have now filed a dispute through paypal and await thier response.

This saddens me as i hate hearing about businesses doing this sort of thing. It takes a ton of work to build up a good reputation as an online dealer and bad companies like this tend to ruin it for the rest of us.

Listen, my children, as I pass onto you the truth behind Willy Wonka and his factory. For every wonka bar ever created in existance, Mr. Wonka sacraficed a single Oompa Loompa to the god of chocolate, Hearshys. Then, he drank the blood of the fallen orange men because he fed them a constant supply of sugary chocolate so they all became diabetic and had creamy, sweet-tasting blood that willy could put into each and every Wonka bar. That is the REAL story behind willy wonka's Slaughter House! |

Interesting if they reply to this thread, as they've been quite active in the Batman ones.
Was considering an order, but found that Firestorm also stock so went with them.
