After primed this modell decided to jump of the shelf to test if gravity still works. I posted a blury pick of this guy much sooner and I hope this one is better. (Once upon a time I'll paint him)
What brought me to the idea to post him again was an articel in the actual german white Dwarf where 4 Players presented 500 pts of there forces using while the Medusa 5 campaign. The Tyranid player had a Babyphant in his army. He'd seemed to picked up the best ideas of how to create such a guy. He made a longer spine and let his Babyphant stand on his pointy beg legs.
The article had a very curious explanaition why the Fex has these pointy legs (some complained about this moster would pirce rock and sink into the ground). It sinks to have a better stand while fireing. A damn good explanation isn't it . In the end it seems to me the Babyphant is one of the most popular conversions for Tyranid players.

What exactly is a hirogunfex?

Gunfex= Carnifex who is carrying 2 ranged weapons symbioties
Babyphant= Carnifex conversion that is nearly equal to FW's Hirophant, just Carnifexsize

Baby Hirogunfex -> Mixture of both or just another Babyphant conversion.
That is my deffinition.
