Hey guys I'm trying to do stern guard army with somewhere around 24 combi weapons. Does any one know a cheap way to buy massed combi weapons without dropping 100$?

I think buying the Resin special weapons from GW, then cut down the underside, then chop up a bolter to fix underneath.

Special weapons are cheapest from GW (at least they are where I live) and bolters are 10 for a penny.

Obviously he didnt say what he needed, except for mass combi weapons.. Im just trying to help.... What i showed was a bunch of cheaper mass combi weapons.. Most other sites are sold out, and ebay takes 3 times the price, so you might as well buy the whole package insteade..

Thanks. I tried to keep it looking like the Combi-Melta style weapon I linked earlier. it takes a lot of cutting up bolters, but doesn't force you to compromise the resin special weapons much. Hardest bit would probably be gluing the parts. Even then you can probably use a bit of green stuff, no problem!

Hope I can save someone a bit of money. I'm not a big hobbyist, but I'm poor and that means I know how to stretch my cash, lol!

Death Company melta pistols and hand flamers are good for making combi-weapons.

I used these to great effect.

if you need 24 of them, yeah, you are going to break $100. But you do get all the options magnetized for easiest load out swapping on your stern guard.
