I want to run my next army as a hazardous world kind of army, built to look tough and like they can go just about anywhere.

My first options were either Death Korps(which I would enjoy, but I don't think I'm going to do) or the Cadian Hostile Environment conversions( a more likely choice).

Are there any more good looking options for that kind of army idea out there?

Pig iron and some of the other 3rd party manufacturers have various ranges of gas mask heads and fully enclosed helmets. The key benefit of the cadian hostile environment set in my view is the awesome set of special weapons.
