There are no 3rd party arms for terminators that i'm aware of. The best way is probably to stick with GW arms from sources BlackOps already said. And as most Terminator kits come with more arms than body due to weapon loadout you'll find them easily on ebay.

I think Bitspudlo makes some alternate Termie arms, but they're weapon arms, kind of like a Dreadnaught's arms.
