Hello, and welcome to "Find the Link". In this game, you must link two things together to prove they are related.
For example:

Player1: Find the link between an Airplane and Trucks.

Player2: Planes are driven by pilots. "Pilot" was the name of the first episode of "Eureka", in which several people drive vehicles. A Truck is a vehicle.

The rules are:

1) You must link the two things.
2) You must use a minimum of two orders of relation (You can't just say "Grass is green, and so are Orks", you would have to be more creative)
3) You cannot use colours in you links (it makes the game too easy).

I hope this all makes sense

I'll start:

"How are ravens and writing desks related?"

Saruman uses some sort of ravens in the Lord of the Rings. Tolkien has written parts of this on his desk, others with fellow writers in the pub (been there, forgot the name).

1) Ravens are a type of bird, famous from a poem by the same name (technically "The Raven)
2) "The Raven" was penned by Edgar Allen Poe
3) Edgar Allen Poe was a famous writer, and his writing desk I believe is still on display somewhere in Baltimore

Like that?

"How are hot dogs and Ikea related"

If this is too hard/not doable, let me know I'll happily change it.

Everyone knows Ikea hotdogs. My dad always takes some if we've been there.
Plus horsemeat.

You keep forgetting to add in a link question of your own so we can keep this going

Yes, like that.

1) Hot dogs are regularly eaten by humans.
2) Humans often live in houses.
3) Houses usually contain furniture
4) Some furniture is flat-packed
5) Ikea sells flat-pack furniture

Link: Cake and Yoda.

I want to know if I'm right first

What's the link between the First World War and the fall of the Berlin Wall?

There's not really a right or wrong answer, it's just to see if you can get a link between the two items. Like cake and yoda.

1) Cake is a rich, decadent desert
2) Often times it is designed to be eaten by a large number of people
3) This group of people cannot try to eat cake, you either do or do not [eat the cake], there is no try
4) Do or do not, there is no try was said by Yoda.
