I will have my hands full with my Guard...but we all need a change. My Sallies are also getting a little boring (its the only playable army I have right now), and I wanted something slightly different.

I love the DA fluff, but not so much their rules. I thought about making the Angels Of Redemption Successor, using the Traits system. I am also hoping to challenge my painting skills (as Guard are speed-painted, and my Sallies are too mono-colour).

What do you guys rekon about this then? I think its mobile, hard-hitting and can take on virtually anything (I hope).

I know the Libby is VERY expensive, but its an I6 Combat Powerhouse (hopefully).

The Tacticals make a line at the front edge of the DZ. The Devastators are behind them, in a good firing position. The Libby is used too counter-charge things approaching my lines. The Attack Bikes race off and harry the enemy, using their speed to avoid being charged.

I have firepower, staying power, anti-horde, andti-MEQ and anti-tank firepower, and a strong counter-charging HQ.

So - what do you rekon?
