Hi folks

I recently finished up a bunch of models I wanted to show off. Firstly my Wraithlords:

First one has a rifle. Because I thought it would look cool. With the Bright Lance attached (all the weapon options are available and magnetically interchangeable) the rifle itself is as tall as the model. Which I also think is cool. He also carries a Wraithblade in a scabbard. Technically his WYSIWYG loadout is illegal but I'm hoping that the new codex changes some of the ways you can load these guys out. Either way, he's cool and I love him.

Second one has a converted polearm in place of a wraithblade, and again both shoulder mounts are magnetised, as is the polearm itself. I loved the pose of the Dire Avenger exarch with the power spear so replicated this with some reposing of the arms and legs.

Again, he's rocking an illegal but cool looking weapon loadout

Next up, my scratchbuilt Aegis Defence Line with Quad Cannon:

I needed one of these for a tournament in a hurry, and decided to knock one up instead of buying the very human GW kit. I love the quad cannon, I think it has an awesome look and feel to it. The walls themselves are a little dull, but were easy to lasercut and build quickly. I'm planning on redoing this with some 3D printed parts but this'll do for now!

War Walkers -
I liked how the quad cannon came out so much I decided to modify my War Walkers in the same way. I figured that the on-the-brink-of-extinction Eldar wouldn't pilot the ubersquishy Walkers with real people, so turned them into drones. I reckon they look great, but haven't played with them yet...

Once again, weapon options are completely interchangeable between the walkers and all of my tanks (quad cannon as well!)

A few more images of each are in their respective galleries.

Thanks for your time!

Those are so cool! The Wraithlord with the polearm is sweet. I love what you've done with the War Walkers. They look more Eldar-ish than the actual models!

Love all these! The walkers especially! Every squad gets a walker drone in the new codex
Can't wait to see what you do with the wraithknight!!!

All of those models are fantastic! Love the quad gun! Can you give an idea as to how you made it?

Thanks for the feedback guys

Calamitycal - The quad gun is based around a spare War Walker chassis (the top part, without the pilot attached). A few hacked up guns and sensors, random bits and pieces off other kits (bonus points if you can guess the parts), and the bottom of the War Walker body as well (with the vanes and downward-pointing sensor stalks attached) cut up and attached directly to the bottom. I used some T-shaped sprue parts, actually, (from the flying bases sprues) to create vertical mounting points for the guns. Those are magnetised on so I can swap out the weapon for a lascannon I'm currently building out of some other bits and pieces, so I can choose which weapon option to use.

It is kinda crazy how much I'm looking forward to the new Eldar. That's why I've been finishing up everything I've got, so as soon as the new 'dex hits I can jump straight back in with them (hopefully with some new toys as well!)
