Subject: 1250pts Fire Hawks Sternguard

I have written this list for a tournament that is coming up, and I would love to get people's thoughts:
HQ
Pedro Kantor 175
Terminator Epistolary Librarian w/ Storm Shield 190
Troops
10 man Tactical Squad 190
Meltagun
Sgt w/ Meltabombs, Chainsword, Bolt Pistol
Drop Pod with Locator Beacon
5 man Scout Squad 135
Sniper Rifles
Missile launcher
Sergeant Telion
Elites
10 man Sternguard 350
Sgt with Meltabombs, Combi Plasma, Chainsword
1 Combi Flamer
2 Combi Plasma
1 Combi Melta
2 Heavy Flamers
Drop Pod with Locator Beacon
Heavy Support
Thunderfire Cannon 100
The idea is to drop squads on objectives and break into combat squads. The locator beacons allow me to warp around the board with the Librarian without too much trouble, and their custom ammo and combi weapons should be able to deal with most things in combination with null zone, as well as discourage being charged with the heavy flamers. The sternguard also become scoring and stubborn because of Kantor. All of the others are for support, by dropping the scouts and the TFC into cover they can all benefit from the techmarines bolster and get a high cover save and snipe away.
The other thing is that, if I have done my maths correctly I have 65 spare points. What should I get with this? A double HB landspeeder? More Scouts? Please let me know.

Anyone got any thoughts? Any ideas on what I could do with my spare 65 points?

You have a odd mixture of special weapons in your 10 man sternguard.
With your spare points I would take more scouts or specialize your sternguard weapons a little more..
Also what you you want your army to do? its not massively clear..

The sternguard will drop onto the table and split into combat squads, and the same for the tac squad. They can then split up and either hold an objective or tank hunk. The plasma should be good against marines and venom spam, the melta works against land raiders and the flamers for infantary horde and overwatch. I will split them according to what I am facing.
The Scouts will sit in cover with the T marine and TFC and bolster cover while providing some covering fire. Either killing things in cover (against aegis defense lines) with Telion to deal with hi toughness models like the Riptide or Dreadknight or characters. Kantor makes things scoring and the Librarian is there to keep the sternguard mobile with Gateway.
What about servitors with the Techmarine. Extra covering fire to deal with raiders or troops and provide Look Our Sir rolls for the Techmarine.

Replace the combi flamer with a combi plasma, you alr have heavy flamer Automatically Appended Next Post: Drop telion. 2 IC is a bit too much IMO. You could use the extra points to give your TM a ML.

The TFC's techmarine is a "Techmarine Gunner" and doesn't unlock servitors afaik.
I'd use the extra points for more men in the scout squad (meatshields) and I agree with dropping Telion for this list. More boots on the ground is better (Telion is great, but a lot of points at 1250 for a very minor boost).
