This game brought up a question which I have posted in YMDC. In the end the question didn't change the outcome of the game but it is worth knowing for future games. Do fortifications offer first blood?

Great game, my two favorite armies going at it again! I agree with your assessment, the nature of scoring in this game combined with your increased cover saves was just brutal for the Dark Eldar. They basically had a huge nut to crack, but any time they would move to do so, they'd probably be in LoS of your Lootas which can brutalize any Dark Eldar vehicle. This was just a hard match for the Dark Eldar from the beginning. Had it been objective based, however, it would have been just as tricky for the Orks.

I might have missed it, but I never saw what happened to the Razorwing after its first barrage. Did the Lootas eat it?

That is some boss terrain.

Yes the loota's shotdown the razorwing in the next turn. Some of us have been playing for close to 20 years. We rent a retail space we use as our club house (we are all obviously older guys). We have 2 city fight tables and a couple normal tables and so much terrain it has its own storage room at the retail space. It is a fantastic place to play and because we all split the cost it really doesn't hurt our wallets. I would recommend everyone do this if they have enough guys to.
