Im building an LOTD Army ( Check Out my other posts)

At one time it was going to be a bloodpact, But after reading some stuff on the Lost Chaos God Malal I changed my mind..

Anyways I need help on how or what I should make as a General or a leader type person.

Ive thought of using this Mini, for a basis on the leader of my Army. He almost looks like Malal. With some modeling I could fix him "up" to look more like a Living Avatar of Malal..

Any Ideas on what else I could use for a leader??

Any help would be good!!

IIRC, Malal looked like a wolf with scales instead of hair.  I f your guy doesn't have daemonic stature, there's an archived Space Wolf captain with a wolf-shaped helmet.  It's probably 15 years old, so it won't be as tall as current marines, but it's wearing power armor.

JFRAZELL: So in other words, nature is self selecting out those not fit to survive and breed? Hail WOW replacing savannah lions since 1997...

That wolf-helmed fig actually shows up as a blister in GW stores occassionally (I saw him last in Dec. '04 as a new blister).

Just FYI

Guinness: for those who are men of the cloth and football fans, but not necessarily in that order.

I think the lesson here is the best way to enjoy GW's games is to not use any of their rules.--Crimson Devil

I dont know the "offical" discription I found on Malal is...

"Malal is described as being both wolf-like and crocodilian in appearance, yet still holding a humanoid form. Said to have 6 fingers on each hand, and 3 eyes on his head, Malal is also said to have sets of teeth that resemble Lions, Sharks, Cows, and Rats."

Im going to go with the model above...I just spent $15 on it so..

I dont think a LOTD leader can "use" demonic stature?

He'll be using a dreadaxe though...

Model some wolf like ears on the Mini, and that extra 3rd eye thing..

I would like to use the Gamesday 2002 model that came out, but you can only find it on ebay for like 50 bucks so...

I think the Tomb Kings model you're using is pretty good too.  I thought the LOTD leaders were just like chaos lords with specialized marks.

Try this page, it has a drawing of Malal and a good history about him.
