Just as the title asks, how much work does it take? It doesn't look like the Chimera hull uses the same type of mount as the Predator does, so would this be a pretty intensive bit of modding? What's usually the favored method for mounting the Predator turret?

Correct, the primary issue is that the two hulls have different turret mounts. So presuming you want a rotating turret, surgery will be required.

The simplest solution would be to get a spare rhino turret mount (one comes in every rhino hull kit, IIRC), and cut it down to fit on top of a chimera, at the same time chopping a big hole in the top of the chimera just slightly bigger than the turret hole.

Or hypothetically, you could somehow mount a chimera-style turret pin into the bottom of a pred turret, so that it then fits a chimera hull?
