Interesting report Eldar generally give DE a hard time because they are rather resilient to DE shooting and the Eldar weapons naturally hurt DE quite a bit (S6 seems to be a sweet spot for dealing with DE).

Where in LA do you live? Do you ever play at Game Empire Pasadena? That's the only place I know of that really runs tournaments in the near LA area. Well, grats on the win and cheers.
