**The Apathetic Fish**

KR or Battlefoam still feel a little too expensive for me to invest on and I am wondering if any of you have any ideas.

I've been trying to find just foam sheets, like the material that comes in miniature metal blisters but I don't know how it's called and I am having a hard time finding something like that on ebay. Just using any kind of box and arrange the miniatures laid down layered on sheets of foam sounds fairly reasonable but I don't know where to get it. Is something like that available somewhere? and would it work?

Go to a craft store where women get their sewing stuff and see what type of foam they have.

Open cell foam is what you are looking for.

Fabric stores usually have various sizes.

Alternatively if you have an upholstery or furniture shop near you, they usually have cut-offs that they throw away, you could ask them for some of the junk cut-offs.

Sabol, and Miniature Market sells their trays at discount. I just bought a giant pile of them for my Eldar air mech army.
