(OOC) People require time ineptus astartes to post or write, it allows a greater story. Sorry that I've not been able to post but I've had to other things regarding my RPG and will try to post more often.

Skulltaker had lost interest in the Word Bearers and had moved on to fighting large insects and Lizards, they proved fine foes but fell to his Daemon blade and had their skulls become trophies of the Herald of Khorne. A Juggernaut emerged from the long grass, the Daemons mount had arrived and he grinned before mounting it and shouting a praise to Khorne before heading in the direction of the titanic fortress of Mark.

As the Warriors walked away, Mkarth could only stare after them in puzzlement. His sergeants behind him did likewise.

"Wait, he said he's going to mind wipe us?" Blane asked.

"Where did he say they were from?" Fols interjected.

"They're apparently Astartes that work for the Inquisition." Mkarth responded.

"They have those? What will they think of next?" Fols asked mockingly.

"You remember that bastard Heldane and the others?" Mkarth asked darkly. His sergeants either grimaced or shuddered at the memory.

"Do we really have to do what they say?" Blane asked, Mkarth turned and scowled at him.

"You really want to be shot as a heretic? Cause I sure don't, not much we can do about it right now...Lets move it out lads, we need to meet up with any other humans we can find and hopefully we can hold a line." Mkarth said marching away.

"Hold a line against what, sir?" Fols called.

"Anything that can't be considered an untainted homo sapien. Move out!" These last two words were shouted for his company to hear, finally, with momentum, the company of Tanith moved out warily, checking every crevice and corner of the corridor with scanning lasguns and heavier weapons. Soon they made it to a much larger chamber with huge arching cavers and gigantic fabric covered platforms. But what got Mkarth's attention was the presence of hundreds of guardsmen. Mkarth was never happier to see another guard regiment in his life. Mkarth and his men began to march toward their line and a heavy weapon crew called out for them to halt asking who Mkarth's men were, Mkarth heartily responded.

"Tell your commander the boys of the First and Only are here to help!"

I don't even know.

All I do know is that in the last week I've had at least 2 or 3 mod warnings. Not particularly pleased, especially with my precious quick reply disabled for a few days.

Y'know, sometimes I think the mods just hate us all. Oh wait, they do.

Possibly due to the way people posted on the thread but still I don't see why it had to be locked.

The mods generally hate everyone in the RPG forum nowadays, or at least that's how it seems. I new this would happen.

There was a time when no mods every frequented this forum and it was all good. Quite probably why RZ&LWC never even got locked with its millions of off-topic pages full of hate.

I dunno either, I can understand why the mods would want the threads not to devolve into some sort of chatroom like thread but come on its called the off topic/discussion thread for a reason... :/

Why thank ya, I'm not in a focused state of mind at the minute, so spelling's bound to be a bit dodgy.

Also, what's happening with Astrum? I'm like 10+ pages behind. To be honest, I don't really have a clue what was going on anyway, there's way too much information in that thing.

We're making the universe still. It's slowed down pretty well, so now is the time to pitch ideas. Right now I'm working on our home ship, The Shining Dawn.

OK, I'm back. the mods had banned me for no good reason.

anyways. I have not spent anytime writing the event (sorry) instead I have been spending it rereading the entire TSOALR archives for the umpteenth time.

I will get to writing soon.

No, you were suspended for failing to follow simple requests and instructions with regards to your behaviour. You were even sent an extra message explaining the situation further.

Good for you, perhaps. Unfortunately the behaviour of a few posters, who seem to think this board is there own personal chatroom and general off topic boardm ruined said board for several other posters. So we have had to step in and take a firmer hand.

I agree the SG&CF are not chat-rooms or another Off-topic forum, discussion threads are for the discussion of the RPG's.

Ah, but reds8n, back then there were far less users who frequented this board as well and there was far less (almost no) off-topic.. though I'll happily admit we got away with quite a lot back then.

But these games are all supposed to be fun, and I can't help but feel oppressed nowadays down here at the bottom of Dakka.

As has been stated, several times, we expect and allow the odd joke or non game related comment. That's fine. But not page after page of non related, banal, rambling conversations, especially if those involved have already been asked not to do so.

Not sure. I've seen a few mods poking around in SG&CF. Can't quite recall who else at this moment, but there's a few.

After several hours, his first small group of soldiers was ready they had originally been forgeworld cultists. But he had painted the ‘mark’ symbol on them, and the minute they dried they would be ready. Locking the door, Mark saw a large gecko sneak toward the tanith when he went downstairs. He didn’t do anything about it, the little wierdos.

Setting the carrying case down in the kitchen. he peeked inside.

“My lord!” came a voice from the box. “you answer our prayers!” a tiny chaos marine led several cultists out of the box “all hail Mark! All hail Mark!” the minis chorused. As sevral leman russ tanks rolled around.
“The Lord Of Glue has appeared to us! Screamed the tiny marine as several others of his group began chanting in a language that Mark could only see as 'mumble.'

“PAINT FOR THE PAINT GOD! BITZ FOR THE BITZ THRONE!” they screamed. And began sacrificing a cultist all over the clean floor.
