So, I submitted a KS update to game salute last week to get posted on the campaign page, but so far they still haven't added it. They said they would get it posted today. I also asked for a shipping update and here's what they said...

We're still waiting on the cards and on most of the 3rd party stuff. Most likely it will be just after GenCon.

Anyway, they should have more info in the update when they post it today...

Howdy folks!

Sorry it's been so long since the last update. I've been posting some comments here and there, but I've been pretty busy handling the graphic design for the box art and character cards for the new models, and also painting the figures for the box photos.As I'm sure you're aware, it's July and this is when we said you would be getting your orders, so I'm sure many if you want a status update. As of this very moment, everything we need has been ordered and things are starting to show up at the Game Salute warehouse, including 319 pounds worth of miniatures! We have about 17,000 plastic bases coming to us from the manufacturer in the UK, and the cards are all being printed up now. Everything is pretty much on schedule save for a small delay with the Secret Weapon bases, we ended up ordering a lot of those. So i'm hoping all of your orders will start going out very soon. Those of you who ordered the Battle Flag building bundle will be getting those buildings separat ely, they will ship directly from Battle Flag. Thank you all for being so patient, it won't be long now!

Getting excited! Wish there was a battleflag distributor in the US though.

Game Salute said "by the end of August" .. probably would have been more like mid-august but GenCon is going to push everything back a good week or 2.

I'm sad there was still a delay though, but 1 month is better than 6 I guess. Anyway, I think the issue now is there are 1000's of starter sets to pack up and get organized, and now GenCon is about to happen and push everything back 2 weeks. They said orders should start going out after GenCon.

They said they would ship everything by the "end of August" .. so my fingers are crossed, hopefully that means "any day now"

They're packing up the orders now. They said shipping will happen late this week and into next week. You should get an email confirmation when your order goes out

I haven't heard a peep and didn't know if that was because they were delayed or if they just hadn't gotten to me...

The last word I got now is "We expect this to ship within the next week or so."

All I can do is wait like everyone else :( I'm assuming packing up all of the starter sets took a lot longer than expected. The same thing happened last time around too. There's over 2000 sets to do altogether so I guess it's just taking a while.

I've also been holding off on my newsletter and rulebook update while I wait for everything to start shipping. No use posting rules for models no one has yet...

Really sorry about the delays folks :( Game Salute assured me today they have all hands on deck working on fulfillment. It turned out to be a pretty complex campaign with everyone's order being different, and every order having lots of little pieces that had to be sorted and collected and put together in little ziplock baggies. And I guess they're packing up all of the orders first instead of shipping them out peace meal. They just hired 3 new warehouse folks who have been working on nothing else but packing up BWG orders.

It won't be long now, this time for real, I hope

Game Salute just posted a shipping update today. Looks like everything is going to start going out on Wednesday

Whew.
That took a bit longer than expected! My apologies. This campaign is a bit... expansive. The number of potential combinations and individual attention required for each order made things a bit hard to estimate

Up to this point, the warehouse crew has been focusing on organisation and prep - this means packaging gangs and solo pieces separately in readiness for picking and packing. The prep work is wrapping up today, and I am told that packing/shipping will proceed in force first thing Wednesday.

I'll send you folks a message when this begins! Given the scope of the packing process it may take some time before yours is on its way to you, but as soon as it leaves our warehouse you'll be receiving tracking information via email.

I got my shipment email today too!

I hope it gets here for this weekend, girlfriend works all week and the family is going out of town, I need a project! Chances are it won't be till Monday or Tuesday though.

I got my shipment email at about 2.30AM local time. That was a nice surprise to wake up to!

It's going to take longer than this weekend for it to get here, but just know it's on the way is enough for me.
