Hello.
I've got an idea to make ancient Eldar temple as a piece of terrain.
My vision is to make something like this
But I'm not sure about architecture. My first idea was to combine Eldar architecture from DoW1 and Aztec temple from 150.M01 from Holy Terra.
Or maybe combine DoW Eldar and Elven ( LotR, Warcraft) architecture?
Anybody got some ideas? Or pictures?
Thank you.

Eldar architecture is about organic simple forms, not square forms like Aztec architecture.
Here some pics:

Here a complete board:
DoW is of course a good guideline.

stepped temples don't make a good eldar structure. They might work better for necrontyr temples, or perhaps some other lesser race in the 40k lore, but definately not eldar. Even looking at codex eldar, you can see that eldar aesthetic principle is more interested in organic appearance than it is in right angles.

It doesn't matter how bloody far the apple falls from the tree. If the apple fell off of a Granny Smith, that apple is going to grow into a Granny bloody Smith. The only difference is whether that apple grows in the shade of the tree it fell from. |

I'm not going to dispute what looks Eldar or not. I will leave it for the others.
However, if you're into that aesthetic and you would want to do some terrain like that, read up on this project blog by Terraformer. His team tackled something very similar and it might help you with regards to both execution and inspiration.

Good rule of thumb no sharp edges, go with cylindrical shapes and round top or dome shape

No. Cylinders and domes are the domain of tau.

I think you structure idea is right, but I think that unless it's located on a Craftworld itself, it would be more dilapidated. It needs the trees and vegetation overgrowth that you see in the Aztec picture to look a bit more realistic. IMO

Actually I take my comment back.
It's hard to know for certain what direction the maiden world eldar would have taken in their construction. The craftworld eldar would definitely have large oversized organic bone growths, but it's hard to say what exactly the maiden world eldar would have. Some might have stuck to the same design principle, others may have gone the stone route, others still with the right angled stone.

Thank you all for answers.
I have been inspired by Terramormer's blog and made few sketches,
Material: Stone and wood
All covered by overgrowth, trees and bushes.

If you can get your hands on lichen, moss, and coniferous plant roots, you're golden. Take the conifer roots, and soak them in green ink, and they will become supple, as well as colored convincingly. You,ll need a lot of patience....
