Finally got my new tau codex and have a chance to sit down and get back to some good 40k playing.

Here is the list I am considering using now.

I am trying to keep as many of my current units un-changed as possible.  So the 3 rail-heads and 3 stealth stealth teams were easy choices.  The pathfinders I have as well.  Only units I acutally have to buy to make this list is the new commander, 4 kroot-ox and the parts to fit some SMS onto my d-fish.

HQ:
Shas'El w/ TL missile pod, air bursting frag launcher, hw multi-tracker, 93 points

For your HQ, you can't hardwire the targetting array.  You can drop the Twin-linking on the Missile Pod and add the array there instead.

Interesting to see the Krootoxen appearing.  I'm not too sure how the loss of Infiltration will work, though.  Regardless, I'm pretty stoked about making new Kroot pack designs myself.

Pathfinders are awfully vulnerable.  In the last codex design, one of my friends joked that the easiest way to spot an experienced player was how quick they targetted my Pathfinder team.  With the new markerlight rules, I'm thinking that Pathfinders will be huge targets.  Since most of your units are vehicles or JSJ, every anti-infantry weapon out there will be hitting the Pathfinders.  And at only 6 men and no Shas'ui, they're awfully likely to break from long-range bolter fire.  Don't even need heavy bolters or other mass infantry killer guns.
