Hello everyone,

I recently read through my copy of the Farsight Enclave rules and a question came to my mind. Could they still ally with Orks as allies of convenience? Rules wise I'm fairly certain they can, but how would any of you take it if a person showed up with a bunch of battle suits and orks? Do oddities with allies and fluff make the game more or less fun for you or does it not matter as long as you can "forge a narrative".

Sorry for the short post. Just a General question for General Discussion.

I would give the player some odd looks, but at the end of the day it's his army, and I'm there to play a good game; I think that's worth ignoring fluff massacres for a while.

I like it when stuff makes sense inside the fluff more, but i wouldn't refuse to play someone on those grounds. *shrug*

Yeah the allies chart is pretty strange. However, if you go in to the ork fluff you will find very prominent mercenary gangs that hire their services out to whoever pays the most. The blood axes are a notable clan for doing this. Some of these mercenary camps have been hired by tau and imperial guards.
