Ebay is likely the only remaining source. I don't think anyone has ever recast them.

They're Rogue Trader models, what do you expect? I honestly love the old stuff and I've got a pretty healthy amount of it in my Crimson Fists, including a pair of those.
You're only gonna find those in the Swap Shop or eBay as has been noted, since GW hasn't cast one of those in 20 years.

I have a stripped Contemptor on my workbench right now awaiting priming and a proper color scheme this time. It's too bad they never updated the data for it in 1.5, as going with two storm bolters instead of four unlinked bolters would have made it able to chew up light infantry before going into CQB.

If you're looking on Ebay (or even just general googling), not an awful lot of people will know their proper name. Try looking for "old marine dreadnought" or instead of old, "1st/first edition" or even "rogue trader".
...aaah, you're in the UK - just found these. It seems "rogue trader dreadnought" has the most success:
