Just trying to tweak this a little further. I don't really wish to get rid of the 60 Flesh Hounds, though I guess the others could be fair game.

Objectives? Don't care. Just here to chop heads. Daemon Prince and Bloodthirster are the flier threats who'll try to engage heavy vehicles and TEQs. The Soul Grinder's just there trying to draw in anti-tank fire on itself. The Hounds, just send them forward and hope for the best?

I expect to be playing Eldar/Dark Eldar/Tau for the next few weeks. This should do fairly well, right?

Why not try some skull cannons?

Against shooting (which is what Tau and DE are all about), your 'letters will do terribly. They should be in squads of at least 14, so that there will be something left to make the assault. Give up 1-2 Hounds from each squad to add Troops models.

If you're planning on them camping objectives, then Plaguebearers are the way to go. It goes against the fluff of your list, but then so does tiny squads of Bloodletters standing around doing nothing! Plaguebearers are cheaper and have a better save.
