It looks alright, I'd change a couple of things for mere firepower, I think you'll have the points for it. Keep the lone herald exactly as is,since I'm gonna bet he's goin with the screamers. The other 3 heralds though? get rid of the discs,get rid of the lesser reward(staff),give them loci of conjuration....maybe even sprinkle in another exalted reward,you want them to be able to increase the str. of the horrors shootings,and not worry tooooo much on close combat,the discs basically make them stick out like sore thumbs. You want them to be able to shoot stuff down and not get mowed down by the second turn. So if you have extra points after the changes throw in a couple more horrors for safety purposes.


You could also change your list to incorporate a DPoT,they are nasty,but cost alot,so you would definitely take some losses,but it would do points.....give it armor,wings,ml2 or 3....2 GR 1LR(staff), they are machines.

I missed the x3 on one of the horror units lol.

I normally just go with a lv2 herald and the Exalted loci with a group of horrors. But I assume the heralds are all in with the screamers?

I wonder if the Staffs are good for the Tzeralds. WS3 Str5 AP- isn't anything to get excited about, and depending on the Lesser roll, I might take the other roll. Burning Blood, for example, could make the unit more deadly than the attacks. But I'm not committed to that analysis...

My biggest problem with your list is that you only have two threats on the table: Fateweaver and the Screaming Death Star. This makes shooting priorities for the enemy very simple: first Fateweaver, then the Screamers.

Against a Gunline, you'll have lots of problems. Your range is 24", while Tau is 30-72", and Guard is 24-48". When the Screamers go into the back field to take care of the Artillery, they'll be in range of all the infantry shooting. And if you turbo-boost, the Tzeralds won't be able to shoot, which wastes their potential.
My suggestion would be to Grimoire the Screamer unit on T1, turbo-boost across the field, but somehow stay out of combat. T2, again Grimoire the Screamers and buff with Tzeralds, but then split off the Tzeralds to shoot at things while the Screamers assault a tank or two. You'll lose Tzeralds in the aftermath...but imagine 8D6 Str6 shots into a Guard blob. You'll kill the whole unit, which is a substantial feat! Leaving the Tzeralds (shooty) with the Screamers (assaulty) wastes the potential of one or the other. All that shooting will wipe its target, leaving nothing to charge. Or you'll not shoot at anything so that you CAN charge.

But again, I'm not totally sold on this advice, since I play Pink Star, and haven't tried Screaming Star.
