I am weighing these two options to build my collection off of.

Much moar dakka in list 2. The first list is tempting only because of terminators and their capacity to burn and hold the line.
It seems like a no brainer to go the power armor route, but I feel a little mean spamming those psycannons when playing my buddies.

All and any feedback is welcome.

I like the second list better between the two. However I'd probably run this instead if you want to stay away from a henchmen list.

If you want to build competitive you have to choose henchmen or paladins.

That list is mighty sinister. Have you had much success running it? In higher point games would you tack on 3 storm ravens and 3 psyflemen?

I am a little tentative about transports, my buddies never really put down transports because we made war in dorm rooms and the battlefield was usually tiny. But I see their value in 6th edition
So a compromise between these two suggestions.

Your new list looks mighty solid. Although I might be more inclined to drop prescience (I know strange) to give your hq power armor and some better gear. Still, very solid list.
