Tactics:

Huron's Infiltrate:
If I roll a 1 = Berzerkers or Terminators Infiltrate depending on opponent's forces.
If I roll a 2 = Berzerkers and Terminators Infiltrate.
If I roll a 3 = Berzerkers and Terminators Infiltrate. Then I decide whether to put Huron in Terminator unit or to Infiltrate Bloodletters.

JuggerLord joins Chaos Spawn.
Huron joins CSMs in Rhino if he doesn't infiltrate.

Bloodthrister, Flesh Hounds and Chaos Spawn charge headlong to help target saturation with the infiltrating units. Hopefully the enemy can't deal with all the units in their face and get assaulted in mass turn 2 and 3.

Looking for advice on how to improve this list?

Also looking for advice on the best terminator load-out for this list? I did a scatter-shot approach to balance out for all possibilities but do you think that is best?

Very cool Khorne list my friend...but the NOVA invitational is 1850 pts....just FYI...I like your loadout on the termies...it covers all bases...but I personally like a couple combiflamers...but again your loadout is fine...nothing it cannot handle...and I think you infilatrate the slower units forward, and use fast units for mass turn two charges can work...I do the same with my Daemons but I just use a lot of fast units...I have found that the thirster is just not worth his points, ever...so what I do in my mono-khorne lists is put a Herald on a Juggy and then put him with the doggies...he still gets scout and is still will be only a couple of inches from the enemy on turn one...giv him an etherblade and he is like str. 7 on the charge, init. 6, 6 attacks with a re-roll, etc..he is boss and can split off if he must to solo small squads...the thirster just seems to be hanging out there in the air by himself...he will get boned by flyers or anti-air support units before even charging...then you also have a ton of extra points...well enough to get you down to 1850 anyway...good luck...

Also make sure you can join Huron to the different squads depending on the infiltration joins.

I am pretty sure that the standard rules say you have to make your unit composition before the game starts.
