So I've found myself in possession of a brand new, shiny Teutonic Knight, but I've no clue how to get that nice blue hue to the armor that Pan-Oceania's Military Order Knights all seem to have. Is there anyone around who knows how to do that?

Angel Giraldez (the painter) gives the paints on his blog here (by request), but he doesn't give the amounts. His blue is
basecoat: prussian blue + field blue + hull red
light 1: field blue
light 2. dark sand
light 3: white
shadow: prussian blue dark, black

All of them are Vallejo paints.
