I saw a cool conversion at Adepticon, the Slaanesh DP with the snake body, and am now looking for a cool idea to convert my own.  Anyone have any ideas on this?

When I made my snakey DP, I used the torso of a dragon ogre and combined it with the tail and part of the lower body of the wood elf forest dragon. I snipped off the very end of the tail where it has the pincher things, and twisted the tail around sort of like a coiled serpent, and attached it to the dragon ogre torso at the waist. I then gave him the daemonic sword from the official DP model, and pegasus wings. Of course the models are a bit older than the current ones, the pegasus wings are pewter, and the dragon didn't have elf girls and sprites hanging off of it. So the new dragon may not work as well. But look to dragons as they are large and serpentine.

I'm currently working on the same project ;-) I want a non-statured dp with speed. I wen't for a snake body (as all good Slaaneshi players do ) and this is one made the cut:

It's fairly easy to get a rid of the stuff you don't like and add a CSM torso. For a statured DP you have the old classic:

Ha! I've seen a six-armed snake-woman who laughs in the face of Dechala! I just, uh, can't remember who makes her...

Reaper (LINK, LINK) and Rackham (LINK) have pretty sweet snake bodies.

Are we just talking Ssssslaanesssssh here, or other marks too? 'Cause I can just picture a Great Unclean One trotting hither and yon on dozens of little fly's legs...

Edit: Found the snake-lady who steals Dechala's lunch money and gives her swirlies: Vandorendra, Female Demon.

oh man one of the guys around here (Chris Hill) has some awesome looking Medusa Slaaneshi marines, multiple best painted/players choice awards with several squads that have snake lower bodies. haven't ever seen pics online and haven't talked to him about models so I'm not being helpful but it does look amazing if you do it right.
