Neat colors, but very dark.

Unless you hit them with lot of highlights (drybrushing, painting detail, etc.) they are going to lose some of their definition on that table. Its a common problem - dark miinis kind of just turn into dark blobs from about 4' away.

The white bases may help, but then you will have a dark shape on a light base.

I applaud you for taking time to try and work out your color scheme - I rushed mine on my first army, and took a VERY long time on my second - and it was worth the effort to have something I was happy with.

I would suggest maybe finishing a few 100%, then put them on an actual game board, with some terrain (as opposed to just a high contrast background) to see how you like them.
If you like em' then thats awesome!
If you discover you need to make some changes, thats great too, as you found out before you painted hundreds of them...
