Hey. I am a backer of the Dreadball Kickstarter through Mantic. There was a mixup with my second shipment if items from them and I have been trying to get in contact with Mantic to get things straightened out. Just for clarity the issue with my second batch was that I received a duplicate Season 1 rulebook, instead of the signed Season 2 rulebook. Not the hugest deal since I have the .pdf copy to work with but still I'd like to get the hard copy eventually. Unfortunately that's where my bigger problem comes in. I have sent several emails through the contact listing on their website (sales@manticgames.com). I understand it is for sales but I assumed someone would read it and pass it to the correct party. I also can't find any other email contact. I have used the contact form from the website once or twice as well, and I have sent several messages through the Kickstarter messaging system with no replies to any of the above.

From what I understand, their customer service is exemplary and this seems very out of the ordinary for their reputation. I have been attempting contacting intermittent but reasonably frequently. I assumed at the very least I'd get a reply with "No we can't help you sorry". Is there some secret magic way to get in contact with them digitally? Unfortunately I do not have international calling on my cell plan, and no land line so calling them is difficult if not impossible for me. Can anyone recommend a means to get in contact with someone from Mantic that I have not already tried?

Try getting ahold of Tim King, he's very prompt with email stuff. He's helped me with a couple of mispacks on KS stuff. Here's his email: tim.king@manticgames.com

I've asked one of the pathfinders I know to see if they can get you an answer as well. With the Mars Attacks KS imminent and Dreadball S3 and Deadzone approaching shipping, I think Mantic have something of an email backlog at the moment.

I emailed Stew directly, and Tim emailed me back a day later. I'd say if you want a fast response, go with the email I sent you. Tim is very quick, and Stew is as well. They share the heavy load of CS.

Interestingly, I emailed Stewart who is usually prompt in replying with a question about what exactly we should have received in the Ogre army set over a week ago now, with no reply yet. I might forward it to James as well.
