Warpath is easy to get in to and lots of gw armys are useable in it and free rules from mantic.
Dropzone commander is a realy ace game that has just got a bit cheaper with the 2 player starter sets.

Flames of War has one of the best starter sets in the industry with a tight rule set and a really nice combined arms/strategic level gaming experience. I was initially intimidated by the 15mm scale... but it's actually pretty easy to paint once you take a breath and learn to let some details go.

It's a bit addictive though.

It feels like I already have most of the 1st Division of the 3rd Shock Army on my hobby table, and I have the start of British Grenadier Guards squirreled away in my "to do" box.

I agree with cincy. We have enough of these threads already. It seems like the OP's just too lazy to actually do any searching on his own. No genres, scales of miniatures/engagements, interests in mechanics, etc.

The reason why im leaving is just the cost i mean i love the games i really like 40k but tanks kill my bank.

If you like 28mm tanks I suggest you'd have a look at Bolt Action. If you like tanks in general there's Flames of War, Dropzone Commander, Dystopian Wars/Armoured Clash.
