hey dakka dakka! so, the zombie apocalypse has hit gw this montha and I want to know what you guys are planning ondoing for your zombie hunter?
il go first: im going to have space marine with two bolt pistols, wearing a cloak, with the bolt pistols drawn, facing forward, standing still.

Im confused. Whats happening? Can you explain a bit more as Ive not heard anything about this.

ok, as Halloween is this month, games workshop is having a zombie apocalypse event, where you build and paint a "zombie hunter" mini. I assumed (god I sound like an ass hole saying this) that most people would have heard about it and would like to know what other people are planning for converting/painting a "zombie hunter" mini.

I like the idea a lot, but ive not heard anything about this. Could you post a link to some info? I cant find any on the GW site.

There's nothing officially from GW but it's something that each individual store may do, i know that the store near me is doing several things including the zombie apocalypse.

Why all the hate for zombies?

I implore everyone to fight this bigotry by instead making super zombies that specialize in killing zombie hunters.

IIRC, White Dwarf is localized, just because Australias WD gets something doesn't necessarily mean the US/UK has the same article or advertisement.

I looked on my GW's facebookpage and nothing was written there.

I havent got this month's WD, and I dont recall seeing anything in my local GW. I will have a look though, as it sounds intriguing.
