Hey everyone, sorry I've been on hiatus lately. I haven't painted since like, July. Anyway, here is the first mini I finished from my R&R goodies.

Okay, I took another break. This one honestly is not as good as the others.... I worked on it a little bit at a time, and took so long I lost interest with it.

I think he came out looking like a Hobbit...

"Great Scott!"

BTW, the sculptor might want to tighten the shot group on this one. The pegs were far too long to fit the shoulder holes, and it took a lot of work with my dremel tool to get it to fit.

I really like that paint job.. very good (accurate) and pleasantly subtle..

Yeah, I watched the movie on Blu-Ray to make sure I got the colors right. The only incorrect color is the bandana... in the movie the bandana is white, but between the blue/white striped shirt and the white hair, it didn't provide enough contrast so I switched to red.

This one appears to have a gloss coat. It doesn't. The shiny parts are highlights. Hehehe... "shiny."

Now all we need is for the R&R sets to go on retail! BTW, what's up with the Secret Fist? How come they don't have a preorder page?

I don't know why they never made a preorder for it :( I asked a couple of times, the other preorders have been there since the campaign was going and they haven't updated the online store since. I think now they just want to wait till the get the box sets all put together.. so I'm hoping they'll update everything soon.
