So with Bloodwrack Medusa selling for £20 (inc postage from the USA who appear to be the only ones selling broken kits at present) and the whole Cauldron selling for £30 (Troll Trader) I'm wondering if there is anything I can do with the whole model that would work well in a Daemons of Chaos army (since I'd like the Medusa for a Slaanesh Herald).

The model looks to be fairly plain overall so I think it would need combining with something or lots of converting to get it looking properly demonic. It could make a good Blood Throne of Khorne, at least the pool and basic base (the sweeping steps just look odd on a warengine to my mind).

So has anyone already had ideas or even built something or seen others conversions for ideas?

The big statue might make a nice demon prince.

The various crewmembers might work well as Slaneeshi characters as well.

Or you could just put the extra bitz on e-bay and recoup a little of the cost...

It could make a nice terrain piece (mind you I have no idea the size reference), done up like a daemon summoning portal or something.

Could put the other bits up, but not sure if I'd get much for them - the warriors I'd certainly re-use as Slaanesh Champions. The Avatar statue is tricky, its rather a statue pose so some fair bit of work to get it looking a little more dynamic.

It's really about the main body of the structure - without those sweeping steps (which I agree on their own would make good terrain bits).
