I posted this in the Defiance hate thread in the discussions area, but then I realized that many of you probably aren't reading that thread, so here you go...!

Now until mid November, we are having a "YOU NEED SHIPPING CONTAINERS" sale. The Shipping Containers are on sale for US$10.99. That's right! Why are we doing this you ask? Because we want to see a shipping yard on every table across the land!

Now you may be thinking that you don't need any shipping containers. In that you are dead wrong. So you play Mercs, well then you need them. Opposing corporate forces look great when the are killed near shipping containers. Maybe you play Infinity. Then you really need them. MDF Noodle Huts are awesome, but those noodles can't be sold without them being delivered in a shipping container. "But I play 40K and the containers aren't grim dark enough." WHAT! Really!?! Them slap some red paint on them and glue a skeleton to the side! Dark enough for you now? Thought so!

No matter what modern or sci fi or post apoc or steam punk or whatever game you play, a dozen shipping containers will look awesome on your gaming table. What now? You only play games at your FLGS? No problem, just tell them to buy them and save your money for more minis instead. Just make sure those minis are purchased at that same FLGS. We will know!

And remember, if you actually do buy a dozen or more, Will will call you personally and talk to you for at least 5 minutes about his latest obsession. If you act now, them it will be home made bread and the weirdness of doomsday preppers shows. Act fast, this obsession could change anyway now.

http://rustforge.com/commerce/index.php/28mm-terrain/cargo-containers.html

P.S. if you are, in fact, a doomsday prepper, then our containers are realistically scaled so that you can know that the scale model of your bunker will match the real life one you plan to build for when the (insert paranoid scenario here) happens. So buy with confidence and increase you survival expectancy by at least 3 months with an accurately scaled model!

I have 3 of them, and they're perfect for anything from 1952 (when that style of shipping crate was rolled out) all the way to the grim derpness of the far far future...

But if there's some apocalypse prepper out there that is a fan of my little pony then they can have containers to store their my little pony collections in. Don't limit your wares . For all my little pony haters these are great storage bins for the ones that accidentally went and got themselves blown up by m80s when you were younger .

If a real pony prepper comes forward, I will hand deliver 6 containers to his land of make believe and admire his collection of ponies and preps.

That said, I will only be impressed if he has one of these!

The containers look good, but I'm curious about the boxes they that you guys show on your home page. I'm looking for something like that to make as a battery case for my tanks, so I can hide the battery in the interior part and have it not look like a battery. I didn't see anything on your store that was like that, just the containers and the Hesco barriers. Those box accessories still not designed yet?

We haven't got the boxes finished yet. They are going to be in resin and we are still waiting on the 3D models to get made. Currently they exist only as digital files. I apologize for the delay. We made a mistake in choosing business associates and are paying for it...literally. We have been severely delayed in all our releases, but we are working on getting everything righted so we can get new products released. Please be patient with us as we work through this nonsense. Thanks.

come on man, you're slipping. You could have totally sucke-ER I mean helped your brony fans by reminding them that shipping containers are a central part of the my little pony universe!

I would buy 20, but I have no money at the moment due to my plastic and historical crack addiction. Hopefully there are some left by the time I get paid.

I never thought of that. If you call them replicas then they become collectible! That means more money and people fighting over them on eBay. I can even number them and ask for more! WE WILL BE RICH! I see Vegas in my future!

Or I can stick to my original plan and sell them affordably so everyone can have a dockyard table in their basement. Or dining room. That way the misses can show off your talents to all her friends and she will be the envy of the nieghborhood. She can tell all her friends that they are replicas. Then she can't be ashamed of your weird little hobby. Now I am saving relationships as well as making gaming terrain. I AM A GENIUS! You are all welcome.

Not sure. We have several shipping options and each one is different. If you start an order, you will get a total with shipping before the transaction is finished. I hope that helps. I look forward to shipping your order!

Ok. Update on the sale. We have added an extra item to the Webstore. From now until the sale ends, you can purchase the shipping containers in a 5 pack for US$45.99. That's a savings of about US$14.00! It's like getting a free container and a dollar! If you can't be troubled with making that shipping depot now, well, there is no excuse. Period. What is your problem!?! Your getting a free one and the equivelant of a cup of coffee (or tea for you Europeans who don't enjoy the pleasures of coffee). I don't know what else to do for you people. It's always "We want more with you lot!". We have given you more. Now jump on this once in a lifetime chance (if your a fly or gnat)! Get the shipping yard of your dreams started. Use the link below to take you straight to the container page.

http://rustforge.com/commerce/index.php/28mm-terrain/cargo-containers.html

I have also been advised by my attorney that calling the people who buy 12 containers could be considered harassment or something, that I should end that portion of the promo. So consider that over and have no fear of my calling you if you order a dozen containers. Instead, if you order 10, I will allow you to call me! You will get at least 5 minutes of hearing my daughter annoy us in the background as the wife yells at me that I am always on the phone and not her! We will attempt to talk about something useful, but the call will end in disappointment and misery, just like all my previous marriages.

How can you pass this up! So get over to the site and order some containers. The wife is complaining about wanting her sewing room back or something.

The Orks are the pinnacle of creation. For them, the great struggle is won. They have evolved a society which knows no stress or angst. Who are we to judge them? We Eldar who have failed, or the Humans, on the road to ruin in their turn? And why? Because we sought answers to questions that an Ork wouldn't even bother to ask! We see a culture that is strong and despise it as crude.

Thank you Orlando. The container dimensions are approx. 5" long by 2" wide by 2.15" tall. I hope that Orlando's pic and these dimensions help. Now go buy a bunch of them for your train yard table! You know you need them.

Do you have a postage estimate of a 5-pack to the Australias?

I doubt I could afford 10, but what would that cost?

Ok. Through the magic of USPS website, shipping through FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL to Australia is as follows

5 containers = approx. US$19.00
10 containers = approx. US$28.00

I hope that this helps you out. And remember, if you order 10 containers, you can call me and experience disappointment and despair over the phone. You don't want to miss that!

Just got a shipping notice email but it looks like you left the state (Maryland) off the address, so not sure how it will get here. Will PM you too in case it hasn't gone out yet...

I just texted Mike to have him check this out. If he screwed this up I will make him walk, barefoot, through a room filled with 4 sideded dice and then roll over 10 chaos rhinos. Once he heals, he will never forget a state again.
